FlipCrate (“the Service”) is a web application that connects to your email, detects order confirmation emails from supported retailers, and organizes them into a dashboard with inventory management, sales tracking, and profit analytics. The Service is operated by FlipCrate (“we”, “us”).
To use FlipCrate, you need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at [email protected].
FlipCrate is for personal order tracking and resale management. You agree not to:
FlipCrate offers a Free plan and a Pro plan ($9/month). The Free plan includes core features with usage limits. The Pro plan removes those limits and unlocks additional features.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you authorize recurring monthly charges. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing period.
You own your data. FlipCrate does not claim any ownership over the order data, inventory, or sales information stored in your account. We only access and process your data to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep FlipCrate available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime.
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
FlipCrate is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipCrate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
